As we move into the next year of ministry, the Division of Ministry is excited about what God is doing here at New Mercies Christian Church. God has given us a great Pastor with a great vision, and even greater compassion for God’s people. We are committed to serving the people of God inside and outside the four walls of New Mercies Christian Church with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. As God grows us bigger, we are asking Him to also make us better. The Division of Ministry is dedicated to outreach, care and education for the people of God here at New Mercies.

We are reaching out through foreign missions and our local outreach services. Christ has called us to go and we are going, to the local jails and prisons through our Prison Ministry. We are also going to the local apartment complexes and from house to house in Gwinnett County spreading the Good news of Jesus Christ through Evangelism. Our Athletic Ministry helps us to reach those who might not be interested in Christ but are willing to show up to play ball. 

Once souls are won we are prepared to walk with them as they grow in their relationship with the God of the Universe. Our service to the people of God begins with Pastoral Services, Prayer and Counseling to help people deal with the struggles in their life. The students of our church from the Nursery all the way to College will find that God has a special place for them in this church through the Student and Scholarship Ministries. Adults will find special attention through the Noble Warriors (Men’s Ministry) and the Crowned Jewels (Women’s Ministry) here at New Mercies.

Also, we are ready to help the members grow and serve through our Christian Education department, Business, Helps and Volunteer ministries. They are all involved in that process. We believe that a growing Church is a learning Church and a Healthy Church is a Serving Church. In the Division of Ministry we believe everyone can experience God’s New Mercies.
